What happens when you subscribe

- 3Pay securelyYou continue to our payment provider's secure payment page. We never see your full card number.
- 4Start previewingYour plan is active as soon as payment is confirmed, and we email a confirmation of everything you agreed to.
- 5Cancel wheneverTwo clicks in Account. Cancel within 14 days of any payment for a refund based on the previews you haven't used.

Billing questions
01Do I need a card for the free plan?
No. Free gives you 3 watermarked, low-resolution previews a month without a card. Paid plans remove the watermark and raise the resolution.
02How do I cancel?
Go to Account, then Manage subscription, then Cancel. It takes two clicks, no phone call or email needed. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and is not renewed.
03Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you cancel within 14 days of subscribing, or within 14 days of any renewal, we refund that payment in full if you haven't generated any previews in that period, or in proportion to the previews you haven't used if you have. Failed previews never count. See the Refund Policy for details and your statutory rights.
04Do unused previews roll over?
No. Your monthly allowance resets on your billing date. Allowances are usage limits, not credit or money, and cannot be cashed out or transferred.
05Can I use previews commercially?
On Swatch, Garage and Showroom you can use previews commercially, for example to show a client wrap options or illustrate a film you sell, as long as they are presented as AI previews and not as photos of a real finished car. Free previews are for personal use only.
