In short
Nothing is shipped. Paid access starts as soon as payment is confirmed, and each preview is delivered on screen and as a PNG download, usually within 90 seconds.
01Digital service only
Tintora is a digital service. We do not sell, ship or install physical products, including wrap film. Nothing is posted to you, so there are no shipping costs, delivery times or returns of goods.
02Access to your plan
- Free plan: available immediately at /app, without payment details.
- Paid plans: activated on your account as soon as the payment is confirmed, normally within a minute. We email a confirmation with your plan, price and renewal date.
03How previews are delivered
- Each preview is generated in your browser session, usually within 30 to 90 seconds.
- It appears on screen next to your photo and can be downloaded as a PNG file.
- Paid plan previews are also kept in your account history for 30 days. Free plan previews are not stored, so download them before you leave the page.
- Files include a visible "AI-generated preview" tag and machine-readable AI metadata.
04If a preview does not arrive
Failed previews are not counted against your allowance. If a preview was counted but did not download correctly, email support@steefree.shop and we will restore it or re-run it. See the Refund Policy for your options.
05What you need
A recent version of Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox on desktop or mobile, JavaScript enabled, and an internet connection. HEIC photos can be opened in browsers that support them; otherwise export the photo as JPG first.
