In short
Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel. Cancel online from Account in two clicks; access continues until the end of the period you paid for. Cancel within 14 days of any payment for a proportionate refund.
01How subscriptions renew
- Swatch ($6.49), Garage ($13.99) and Showroom ($28.99) are billed monthly in US dollars, including any VAT that applies.
- Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month until you cancel.
- Your preview allowance resets on each renewal date. Unused previews do not carry over.
- We email a reminder before your first renewal and at least every six months after that, explaining how to cancel.
02How to cancel
- Sign in and open Account.
- Select Cancel subscription, then confirm.
That is all. There is no call, chat or retention flow. You receive an email confirming the cancellation and the date your paid access ends. If you cannot sign in, email support@steefree.shop and we will cancel for you the same business day.
03What happens after you cancel
- No further payments are taken.
- Your plan and remaining previews stay available until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Your account then moves to the Free plan. Paid-plan preview history is kept for 30 days from each preview's creation, then deleted.
- You can resubscribe at any time.
0414-day cooling-off after subscribing and after each renewal
You can cancel within 14 days of your first payment or of any renewal payment and receive a refund of that payment, in full if no previews were generated or in proportion to unused previews if some were. See the Refund Policy.
The statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 is explained in our Terms of Service. The renewal cooling-off period reflects the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 subscription rules, which we apply voluntarily ahead of them coming into force.

06Closing your account
Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account. To close your account and delete your data, use Account → Close account, or email us. See the Privacy Policy for retention periods.
