In short
Upload photos of vehicles you have the right to use, with plates blurred and people cropped out. Never pass a preview off as a real photo, never use it to imitate a brand, and never use Tintora on documents or people.
01What Tintora is for
Tintora is for previewing wrap colours and finishes on photos of vehicles: cars, vans, pickups and similar. Please use it only for that purpose.
02What you may upload
- Photos of vehicles that you took yourself or have permission to use.
- Photos in which the vehicle is the subject. Crop out people wherever possible.
- Photos with number plates blurred. Tintora blurs plates for you before upload; do not remove or undo the blur.
03What you must not upload
- Identity documents, passports, driving licences, tickets, receipts, invoices, certificates, contracts or medical documents.
- Photos where a person is the subject, photos of children, or any intimate or sexual imagery.
- Photos of other people's vehicles taken to identify, locate, monitor or harass them.
- Images you do not have the right to use, including other people's copyrighted photographs.
- Anything illegal, hateful, violent or designed to cause harm.
04How you must not use previews
- Do not present a preview as a real photograph of a finished vehicle, for example in a sale listing, insurance claim, auction or review.
- Do not use previews to imitate or pass yourself off as a vehicle manufacturer, film manufacturer or installer, or to create counterfeit branding.
- Do not remove the AI metadata or visible AI tag in order to mislead people about how an image was made.
- Do not use Tintora to create face swaps or to depict real people.
- Do not attempt to make the Service add, alter or imitate trademarks, badges or logos.
- Free plan previews must not be used commercially.
05Protecting the Service
- No automated access, scraping, bulk uploading or attempts to get around allowances or watermarks.
- No reselling or sharing of accounts.
- No attempts to probe, disrupt or reverse engineer the Service or our providers.
06What we do if the rules are broken
We may block an upload, remove content, pause generation or suspend an account. For serious or repeated breaches we may close the account. Where appropriate we will explain why and give you a chance to respond. Content that may be illegal may be reported to the relevant authorities.
07Reporting a problem
If you see a preview being misused, or believe your image or rights are affected, email support@steefree.shop with the details. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
